Welcome to my world of coffee! With over 20 years of experience in the coffee industry, I am passionate about every aspect of coffee, from bean to cup. As a certified professional in barista skills, brewing, green coffee, sensory skills, and roasting, I have dedicated my career to mastering and sharing the art and science of coffee.

My Journey

I founded the Iran Coffee Academy (ICA) in 2016, where I oversaw operations, developed comprehensive coffee education programs, and led a team of dedicated trainers. My mission was to elevate coffee knowledge and skills among professionals and enthusiasts alike, establishing the academy as a premier institution for coffee education.

Professional Highlights

• Certifications: Barista Skills Professional, Brewing Skills Professional, Green Coffee Professional, Sensory Skills Professional, Coffee Roasting Professional.

• Events Management: Organized and managed national coffee championships and festivals, including the Iranian National Barista Championship and the Iran Coffee Festival.

• Consulting: Provided consulting services to over 20 companies and cafes, assisting in product development, employee training, and business strategy.

• Judging: Served as a judge for various international coffee competitions, contributing to the global coffee community.
